Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for courier delays, customs delays, or government actions.

Risk Transfer

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Import Duties

Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Abandoned Shipments

If a shipment is unclaimed and returned or destroyed by the carrier, we are not obligated to issue a refund beyond any recoverable value.

Force Majeure
